The evening of Thursday, May 11, was a bittersweet one for Saundersfoot Community Council as they said a sad farewell to four of their longstanding councillors - Mandy Allsop and Donny Poole, who both attended their first meeting on August 5, 1999, Mary Cavell, who attended her first meeting on June 1, 2000, and David McDermott, who served on the council for 11 years.

A warm welcome was then extended to Saundersfoot’s three new councillors, Paula Beedles, Dean Ludlow and Neil Sefton.

Following the signing of declarations of acceptance of office, the chairman’s chain of office was passed over to Clr. Anthony Mattick.
