The votes in two constituencies - Preseli Pembrokeshire and Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire - will be counted in Haverfordwest, once the polling stations close.
As of Friday (May 26), there are 58,540 people entitled to vote in Preseli Pembrokeshire and 58,548 in Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire.
There will be 76 polling stations in Preseli Pembrokeshire and 74 in Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire.
Around 350 individuals will be manning the polling stations in both constituencies with a further 100 involved in the counting of votes.
The polling stations will be open from 7 am to 10 pm today (Thursday, June 8).
Voters are asked to bring their polling card with them to the polling station, although this is not essential provided the individual is listed on the Register of Electors.
Voters in both constituencies will be asked to record a single vote. In Preseli Pembrokeshire this will be on a magnolia coloured ballot paper and on a salmon coloured ballot paper in Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire.
