Mr. K. Walker, Cyncoed, Cardiff - amend planning consent NP/14/0095 to create additional dwelling ground floor flat (flat 5) and to replace the former garage/parking to extend house 1, providing additional bedroom plus several internal alterations to other flats/dwellings that in turn alter the openings and fenestration to the front elevation, at 46 High Street, Tenby (approval).

Pembrokeshire Housing - replace existing white painted timber sash windows with new white uPVC sash windows to front elevation (south elevation) matching all existing types and styles, at Acorn Heights, Greenhill Road, Tenby (approval).

Mrs. Phillipa McNullan, The Card Factory - new shop front, signage and internally illuminated signage, at 10 High Street, Tenby (refusal).

Mr. Frank Booth, Serendipity Holdings Ltd - proposed powder coated (blue) security fence and lockable security gates, at Warren House, Unit 5, The Salterns, Tenby (refusal).

Mr. Geraint Thomas, White Stuff Limited - one fascia sign and one hanging sign, at 5 St. George Street, Tenby (approval).

Mr. and Mrs. Jules and Sarah Drye - single storey rear extension, replacement of detached outbuilding and opening of access to highway, at 32 Harries Street, Tenby (approval).
