Councillors in Tenby have urged the owners of a property overlooking the South Beach to consider enhancing the building’s exterior.
Members of the town council raised the matter at their meeting on Tuesday night when discussing full and listed building planning applications submitted by Mr. Tony Ernest of Gunfort Mansions on Cresswell Street, for alterations including the third floor sash window to a French door; the addition of a Juliet balcony; and the replacement of bay windows to side and front elevations.
“This does stand out as an unpainted property, so perhaps we could encourage the owners to enhance the exterior,” suggested Clr. Laurence Blackhall.
Councillors approved the plans, with their recommendations being passed on to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority.
