Narberth Town Council recently held a meeting of the planning committee to discuss applications for the town. Decisions were as follows:
Delfan, 6 Bloomfield Gardens - Removal of existing conservatory. Proposed extension to the existing dwelling (no objections).
Ashburnham, Spring Gardens - Proposed Garage and Storage area. Objection due to lack of plans showing where the actual building is going to be sited; the size of the building and where the access to the building will be located.
Town Plan - With the assistance of Mr. Barry Cooke and Mrs. Chris Harrison, the committee discussed the town plan and what needs to be included on this and ways in which the necessary information can be obtained.
It was agreed that the objectives need to be listed along with the necessary actions, by whom and when.
Various information has already been written which Clr. Rees agreed to pull together.
Anyone wishing to make any alterations to the information already established was asked to highlight in yellow anything they felt should be omitted and write in red ink anything that they felt should be added to the plan.
Once something was formed, it was agreed that public consultation should take place.
