Breast Cancer Care, which has recently merged with Breast Cancer Now to form the largest charity to support everyone affected by the disease, has again benefitted from the generosity of the patrons of Tenby House Social Club (formerly Pembroke Conservative Club) with a magnificent £1,325 raised for the cause.
For several years they have hosted very successful ‘Pink Nights’ in memory of former member Audrey Thompson who sadly lost her battle against Breast Cancer, and their last effort once again equalled that of previous events.
Bar manager Karen Ringham works hard throughout the year to encourage everyone to support the night and raise as much as possible for the charity.
