Sir, I noted from a recent article (September 7) that suggestions are being sought for projects which will utilise the pot of money which has been acquired from second home owners.

May I suggest that some of this money is allocated to address the problem of what appears to be the significant increase in the pigeon population within the town. Not only has this become a real nuisance, but is surely in danger of becoming a health issue.
