The April meeting took place at St. John's Community Hall, Pembroke Dock.

The chairman, Mrs. Sheila Rowlands, thanked all the members for attending the meeting after the Easter break.

A new member was welcomed into the Guild, Mrs. Ann Lowe.

The entertainment for the evening was performed by Mrs. Christine Lloyd and the Silver Tones. It was much enjoyed by members. The evening was completed by the Silver Tones and the members singing all the old time memorable songs.

Mrs. Irene Hughes gave the vote of thanks.

Sara and Helen were the tea hostesses.

Sixteen members from the Guild attended the Federation annual general meeting, held at the Ivy Bush Hotel in Carmarthen. This meeting was very interesting, with over 200 members from the South West Wales area attending.

Mrs. Margaret Walker carried the Guild banner. Mrs. Kathy Harries, delegate, read out the Guild report.

Arrangements for the Music Festival are being made for May 24, to be held in Burry Port.
