With the Regency Hall still closed, Saundersfoot Footlights have had to call off the auditions for this year’s pantomime. At present it is not possible to ensure the safety of the large number of people involved with producing a pantomime, meeting every week for three months.

Regular members of past audiences will know that the hall is well attended for each performance.

“Don’t worry, we will be back bigger and better than ever in 2021 when we pick up our rehearsals for ‘Legally Blonde’ in January,” said Sybil Whiston. “If you want to join us for that, we will be holding limited auditions for chorus and some principal roles, although obviously the planned cast from 2020 will be continuing in the roles that they have been rehearsing. We are all very excited to get Elle back on the road to Harvard Law and to paint the town pink.”
