Orielton School pupil Iori Humphreys has gone through a five-race cross country season undefeated.

By winning the Urdd National Championships last weekend, he completed a five-race sequence which has included becoming Wales Iron Kid Champion and winning the Pembroke and District, Pembrokeshire and West Wales titles.

This 'five timer' has never been achieved before and Iori's aim, as such a young athlete, is to repeat the feat again next year.

He is pictured alongside team mates Katie Richards and Jessica Morris, who finished 4th and 5th in the National Championships, and their success follows a long tradition of Orielton being at the forefront of County, Inter County and National cross country.
