A fun ride for all the family is promised this Sunday when the Narberth and Whitland Roary Club hosts the charity ‘Rotary Ride 2018’ in aid of Prostate Cancer and Tenovus.
Last year, despite the rainy day, over a hundred cyclists entered the family-friendly event which has proved very popular over the past coupler of years.
Rotarian David Haward a member of the Narberth Dynamos Cycling Club is confident a similar number of entries will be received judging by website activity.
Cyclists have the choice of three routes for a 10, 27 or 50 mile ride which starts at Bloomfield Community Centre in Narberth and finishes at The Cresselly Arms, Cresswell Quay where a two- course buffet will be served.
To avoid congestion the 10 mile route starts at 10.45 am; the 27 Mile route starts at 10.15am, and the 50 mile route starts at 9.45 am.
Rotarians will be out in force to marshall the route which is well sign-posted in advance. The weather this year seems more settles so it should be agreat day out in the Pembrokeshire Countryside.
