Manorbier Castle was the idyllic setting recently, for the wedding of Nicholas Grant and Samantha Hughes.

The groom is the only son of John and Anne Grant, of Bristol, while the bride is the only daughter of Roger and Kath Hughes, of Tenby.

The bride wore a designer gown with veil and tiara and carried a spray of yellow roses and forget-me-nots.

Matron-of-honour Lauren Price (bride's friend) wore a long royal blue dress, while bridesmaids Victoria Grant (groom's sister), Ami Christopher, Kathryn John (bride's friends) and Isabel Carswell (bride's niece) wore knee-length royal blue dresses.

Best man was Chris Ramanauskas (bride and groom's friend), while ushers were Michael Todman, Ben Perry, James Tilley and Anthony Neary (groom's friends).

A reception was held at Lamphey Court Hotel.

The couple will honeymoon later in the year, with a safari in Kenya.

The couple are making their home in Putney, London.
