This photograph of the magnificent setting of Pembroke's Castle Pond during the recent annual St. Michaelmas Fair was captured on camera by Pembroke Town Council clerk, Mr. Hugh Colley.

"The structure shown on the left side of the photo is the Speed Buzz fairground attraction - a rotating ride that spun adrenaline junkies 130' into the Pembroke sky," said Mr. Colley. "Needless to say, it was very popular with the younger generation!"
