Tenby and District Lions were very pleased to be again invited to assist at Saundersfoot senior citizens Christmas dinner.

A very good catering team served the meal and the Lions, assisted by the chairman of Saundersfoot Community Council, served the wine.

The Lions Club helped to finance the meal and also provided the wine.

President Derek MacGarvie said that the Lions were delighted to be invited and to share this happy occasion with the senior citizens. He reminded them that the International Lions motto is ‘We Serve.’

If organisations or any individual should need any help, they should contact the Lions, care of the Giltar Hotel, The Esplanade, Tenby. This is where the Lions Club regularly meet and the hotel pass on all mail and requests to the Lions.
