Members of the Pembroke Dock Kickboxing Club got their kicks in a different way on Sunday, when they took part in the 'Mud Runner Classic' competition in Herefordshire, as a fund-raiser for the club.
All 13 members who took part finished the course, which was 7.5 miles long, in a respectable time.
The course featured long muddy inclines, water-filled pits, rivers and mud-filled tracks.
The club's head coach, Carl Keane, would like to thank everyone who took part in the competition, along with spectators and sponsors.
Over £400 was raised for much-needed club equipment.
