Matthew Palmer recently took part in Ironman Wales in Tenby, raising £460 which is being donated to Diabetes UK Cymru.

Pictured with Matthew is his cousin Jarvis Bradden Thomas, aged 12, who has Type 1 Diabetes. He plays football for Angle and is also a fundraiser for diabetes.

Matthew would like to thank everyone who sponsored him and also supported and cheered him on his Ironman journey.
