The nights are drawing in -that means it's nearly Winter Festival time. This year, Pembroke Dock Festival Group is celebrating the 12 days of Christmas with their most ambitious lantern parade and winter festival yet!

On Friday, December 9, they will be lighting up the town with lanterns large and small to depict the Twelve Days of Christmas. It will be a fun-filled evening with the Lantern Grand Parade, fireworks, Pyro Pixies, Vagrants Crew, Samba Doc, Cleddau FM and, of course, a special visit from Father Christmas himself.

You can help on the parade itself by volunteering to be a steward or by helping to carry some of the bigger creations. Or if you or your family want to give vent to your creative bent, why not go along to the workshops where you can have a go at lantern-making?
