A meeting of the South East Pembrokeshire Community Health Network (SEPCHN) will take place next week.

At the meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, at New Hedges Village Hall, at 2 pm. the fraility and heart failure nurses will talk about the new community-based scheme being established.

The Minor Ailment pilot scheme will also be discussed.
