The past president of the Rotary Club of Narberth during her presidential year helped the club to set up a dementia club called The Living Memories Group.

Recently, the group received a gift from a Tenby resident, Win Hewlings, who knitted the Dementia Twiddle Mitts for the Living Memory Group.

Her neighbour Rotarian John Hughes is pictured receiving them from Win.

The brightly coloured woollen muffs and blankets were distributed on Friday and they were very well received. Some of the group put them to good use immediately.

“We also had a great session with Gofal Arts Care’s Angharad James who provided an aerobic, dance session for the group whilst they were sitting down. They really enjoyed it,” said Mary Adams.
