FIVE generations of one local family got together this week for a photo with their latest arrival, baby Marcus - who won't be short of babysitters!

Marcus Bates, who was born on September 16, to mother Rachel Williams, who lives in Saundersfoot with her partner Rhys, got the chance to meet his great-great-grandmother Mrs. Nellie Archer, who resides at Woodland Lodge in Gumfreston.

Nellie, who moved down to the area from Warwickshire 33 years ago, can add Marcus to a long list of birthday cards to account for, as she has six children, 21 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and now a great-great-grandchild.

The latest addition to the family is also pictured with great-grandmother Maureen Webb from Sandyhill Nurseries, Saundersfoot, and grandmother Leone Williams, a teaching coach at Pembroke School, who also lives in Saundersfoot.
