Chaos caused by the confused numbering on Tenby’s Upper Hill Park had produced an Alice in Wonderland atmosphere on the private housing estate, members of the town council’s general purposes committee were told. One member said that an ambulance had gone round and round the estate for 20 minutes looking for one house.
