An exciting day was spent at Pembroke Castle for Welsh and English pupils in Years 4, 5 and 6 from Ysgol Hendygwyn. The trip was to build on experiences for their theme 'The Age of the Princes'. The children enjoyed learning about castle life and were especially intrigued by the dungeon and cave. They role-played the lives of many of its occupants and had the opportunity to work on brass rubbings, which look fantastic displayed back in school. Thank you Pembroke Castle for a great trip!
