At the most recent meeting of Carew Community Council, councillors said they had received good feedback from users of the newly installed outdoor exercise equipment at Milton Play Area.

While the re-wilding area continues to enrich the environment, the equipment is there for all residents and visitors to enjoy – whether they’re looking to boost your fitness, stretch their legs, or simply try something new in the fresh air.

Now councillors are inviting community members to have their say on a new proposal for Carew Park which would see a climbing track installed next to the see-saw.

With the opportunity to apply for a fully funded climbing track, they are eager to hear thoughts from the community before moving forward. They are asking: Do you think this climbing track would be useful and fun for Carew Park? Would it be a positive addition to our community space?

To add your feedback online, head to the Carew Community Council Facebook group and comment on the relevant post (shared on September 2).
