There was much to celebrate this weekend at St. Johns Church, Tenby.

In the Sunday worship remembering the coming of the Holy Spirit to give us all the confidence to tell about Jesus being the Son of God, the Christ.

There was the cutting of a cake to celebrate 50 years of the joining of the Congregationalists and the Presbyterians to form the United Reformed Churches of the UK.

And of course, there were the Queens Jubilee celebrations all weekend with St. Johns holding a ‘Grand Tea and more cake!’ party in the garden on Monday afternoon where quizzes and games and three hours of musical entertainment from well-known local musician Billy Cole was very much enjoyed by members of the Church, locals and visitors.

Sounds like St. Johns is the place to be.
