HILTON Court Gardens will welcome returning customers and friends on their open days, Sunday to Tuesday, May 24-26. Visit the stunning grounds and tearoom amid crafted items for sale and pottery painting workshops.
Situated between Haverfordwest and Newgale, the gardens will be open to all between 10am and 4.30pm, and the tearoom will be open throughout the three-day period for drinks, sandwiches and cakes.
Sian from Keeston crafts will be selling her polymer clay jewellery and art.
Scape Ceramics will be running pottery painting workshops throughout the days.
Scape Ceramics is a collaborative effort from husband and wife team Philip and Zoe Harding aimed at creating quality, hand-made ceramic wares.
They are taking on The Pottery at Hilton Court Gardens following the retirement of Mark and Patrizia Walford and say:
“We’re so excited to open our doors at Hilton Court Gardens, campsite, event and wedding venue, Pembrokeshire and introduce you to everything we’ve been creating here at Scape Ceramics.
“We are a family-run creative space bringing together handmade Welsh ceramics, local makers, and our brand new Scape Create paint-your-own pottery workshops.
“Alongside handmade homewares from resident potter Phil Harding, you’ll also discover beautiful products from fellow Welsh businesses, including Laughing Bird Body Care, MamGu Welshcakes and more.”
Suitable for ages 14+, workshop times are 9.30-11am, 11.30am–1pm and 2–3:30pm. Pre-booking is essential (call 07968 116128, email [email protected]). Note that there is a charge for the workshops. All materials, glazing and firing are included.
