With over 30 years of DJing, Duncan Beiny, aka DJ Yoda, will be lifting the Narberth-based venue to new heights in true glitched-up style with his tribute to 80s pop-culture. The beats of the unordinary scratch DJ with his unashamed mixing style are not to be skipped.
From “Aha!” (Alan Partridge) to A-ha, expect an audio-visual mash-up of pop classics, hip-hop, games, movies and more from everyone’s favourite decade. DJ Yoda 80s Mixtape Live is your ticket to the ultimate nostalgia ride.
From headlining festivals and clubs throughout the world, DJ Yoda is anything but typical. In 2014 as part of their BBC Music Day, Radio 4 invited Yoda to mash-up the entire station, remixing The Archers, the Shipping Forecast, and John Humphrys. In 2015 he was one of the select artists to perform at Banksy’s pop-up ‘bemusement park’, Dismaland.
By getting involved in bespoke collaborations with Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg and Damon Albarn to Diplo and Mark Ronson, DJ Yoda finds fresh and unique ways to reinvigorate his craft and was described by Q Magazine as “One of the 10 DJs to see before you die”.

For all fans of the era, DJ Yoda 80s Mixtape Live is the perfect throwback! Now a quarter of a century since the mixtape that started it all ‘How To Cut & Paste 80s Edition’; DJ Yoda will be creating a live 1980s mixtape performance, which is unmissable.
