A young regular holiday-goer to Tenby has been busy back home showing her appreciation for the seaside town whilst being unable to visit during the pandemic by making a model of her family’s favourite place to visit.

Six-year-old Elsie from Derbyshire has been learning all about seasides at school and decided to make a model of Tenby’s harbour area (with a little help of course)?for her homework project!

With her mum Charlotte McBride visiting Tenby since she was four, the resort has remained the family’s top holiday destination

“Since having our two daughters, we have always brought them back to Tenby, as it’s our favourite place to be,” said Charlotte.

“Elsie said that because we haven’t been able to visit Tenby over the summer due to ‘the virus’, we have made our very own Tenby at home!

“We have loved reminiscing about our favourite places, particularly Harbour Beach, as well as seeing the ice cream van and the boats.

“We have booked to visit Tenby again in October, but in the meantime, we are happy with this!” she added.
