“This is so much fun,” said a pupil from Golden Grove School-Ysgol Gelli Aur as they enjoyed a concert in front of the school Christmas tree.

Pupils, staff members, parents and family members gathered to enjoy a fantastic concert in front of the school at the end of term.

The pupils chose the songs to sing, calling out their choices to our musical friend, Sarah Benbow. Singing songs old and new, the gathering was a festive spectacle for passing traffic and pedestrians.

Head teacher, Mr. Andrew Williams, said: “The whole school came together to celebrate the closing of the Christmas celebrations at the school.

“It was a wonderful event. We are most grateful to Sarah for her direction at the concert.”
