Excitement is mounting as families across Pembrokeshire look forward to Milford' s Christmas Cracker - a weekend packed with festive fun and entertainment held at Milford Marina.
Milford's Christmas Cracker, funded by the Port of Milford Haven, opens tomorrow (Saturday) at 11 am and continues throughout the weekend until Sunday at 4 pm.
There's lots to choose from, including an ice rink, children's fun fair, and live entertainment. Shoppers will also be spoilt for choice with over 50 Christmas market stalls lining the quayside, complementing the unique retail units already located at the marina.
Also featured at various times throughout the day are S4C's popular children's TV characters, SuperTed and Sali Mali and Pembrokeshire Character Mascots Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Doc Mcstuffins and Scooby Doo.
Visitors of all ages can enjoy live entertainment from 12 noon at the Radio Pembrokeshire stage located opposite the ice rink. Performances not to be missed include Matt and Angie Baker, Calum Duell, Tamsin Mathias and FF Dancers, as well as the first ever group performance of Youth Generation Pembrokeshire's single, Silent Night.
At 2 pm, crowds will be treated to the spectacular sight of Santa arriving at the marina by boat! Children can then enjoy a free visit to see him in his grotto with a digital photo included.
On Sunday, the fun continues from 11 am with entertainment from Samba Doc, dance group ACGC and the Griffin Choir as well as a special live performance from previous X Factor contestant, John Adams.
Real reindeer will join Santa at his grotto and there will be appearances by Pembrokeshire Character Mascots Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Mike and Sulley and Mr Tumble throughout the day.
