A VAPE shop in Milford Haven has been closed for three months following a court order.
Pembrokeshire County Council’s application for a closure order followed service of a notice on April 16, pursuant to section 80 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. The application was granted at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, May 1.
The three-month closure order made for KR Vapes, 63 Charles Street, Milford Haven, SA73 2HA prohibits “access to all persons except except by prior arrangement and specific written agreement with Pembrokeshire County Council, at all times, in all circumstances.
“This order applies to the whole of the premises.”
A similar order has been granted concerning Vape Zone, 33 High Street, Haverfordwest.
