A man and a woman from Milford Haven have been fined by magistrates after failing to dispose of accumulated waste.

The case of Gavin James and Marie Danielle James, of Vicary Crescent, was heard at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on June 1.

In the defendants’ absence, the court proved that the 43-year-old man and 44-year-old woman had failed to comply with a Community Protection Notice issued on February 17 by failing to remove all refuse and household waste from a Vicary Crescent property.

Each was fined £180, with a £72 surcharge to fund victim services, and ordered to pay costs of £739.98.
