A TENBY man was found shouting and swearing in the street and stepping in front of vehicles as they drove past, a court has heard, with neighbours hearing him shout “I will kill you”.
Jesse Nicholson, of 4 Queensfield, Marsh Road, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on 19 April.
The 43-year-old admitted harassment and breaching a restraining order in Tenby on 30 March – just three days after the order was imposed.
Nicholson also admitted two counts of stealing bottles of gin from the Sainsburys store in Tenby on 17 and 28 December last year.
Magistrates handed Nicholson a 12 month community order to include rehabilitation activities and fined him £40.
He was handed conditional discharges of 18 months for the thefts.
Nicholson must also pay £85 costs.
