As Tenby Friendship Club anticipates its final meeting before the summer break, members look back over the past two weeks, wherein they visited Tredegar House and enjoyed the hospitality of Tenby Freemasons.

On Wednesday, July 2, the club had a day’s outing to Tredegar House. It was a beautiful day so everybody enjoyed wandering around the garden and the house itself. The café had a quadrant with seating and most of those gathered chose a shady table for their lunch.

On July 9, about 30 members of the Friendship Club were welcomed to the Tenby Masonic Lodge. They were shown around the temple and told the history of Masons. That was followed by a lovely afternoon tea. The Masons were very hospitable. Club members enjoyed their afternoon so much and send “a very big thank you for entertaining us so well”.

The meeting on July 16 at Augustus Place Hall is the last one before the summer holidays. The Club meets again on September 3, 2025.
