Anyone attending Penally Village Hall, or just walking by cannot fail to have noticed the lovely display of bright flowers entwining the trellis at the entrance, but look closely and you will see that each flower has been lovingly crafted by hands unseen.

Thanks are due to the Penally Yarn Bombers for brightening our day.

With four tables in play at Penally Bridge Club on July 28, the most successful pair by a long way was Geoff & Paul V with 65.28%. They were also the only pair to score a Slam.
Second were Paul B & Stuart with 56.94%. Everyone was very pleased to see Doug back at the Bridge table after an absence of several months.

It was announced that the Christmas Party would be held on Tuesday, December 16 at Lokky’s restaurant; more details to be provided later.

Penally Bridge Club meets each Monday at 1.15pm in the village hall. Visiting players and their partners are welcome to join for an afternoon of Duplicate Bridge, made more enjoyable by a delicious assortment of cakes and biscuits provided by Brenda. There is ample car parking available.
