WITH five full tables in play on April 27, the outstanding winners were John & Jill with a score of 74.48%.

Second were Brenda & Alan with 65.63%. Visitors John & Fiona made the only Slam.

“After many weeks of inviting visiting players to join us on a Monday afternoon, it was rather better than buses when four visitors turned up at once,” writes JCG. “We hope they enjoyed their afternoon with us and may wish to repeat the experience the next time they are in the area.”

Penally Bridge Club meets each Monday at 1.30pm in the Village Hall. Visiting players and their partners are always welcome. There is no need to book and any further information may be obtained from Brenda on 01834 812132.
