A Manorbier man is set to appear at Swansea Crown Court at the end of the month, facing charges of rape and sexual assault.

Forty-six-year-old Wayne Edward Mansbridge, of Hounsell Avenue, appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, charged with the rape of a man 16 or over and with an assault on a male 13 or over, that are alleged to have occurred on November 25, 2012, in Manorbier.

He also faces two counts of sexual assault on a male in Manorbier, on the same date.

In a separate charge, Mr. Mansbridge pleaded guilty to the possession of an extreme pornographic image, on April 15, 2013.

Magistrates committed all five matters to Swansea Crown Court, where the defendant will now appear on Friday, November 29.

He was released on unconditional bail.
