October will be another busy month at Narberth Museum.
On Saturday October 5 as part of the ‘Beneath Our Feet’ project, we are holding a drop-in object identification session.
You can meet archaeological experts who will help identify and record any objects you may have found, see and handle some archaeological objects and find out more about Pembrokeshire’s historical environment. It runs from 10 am ro 2 pm.
On that day too we will be holding one of our ever-popular Paperback Breakfasts. Bring a book to swap and call in between 10 am and 12 noon for croissant, coffee and good conversation. Tickets cost £5.
As an added incentive, admission to the Museum will be free all that day to celebrate Bookshop Day.
Chapter One, the Museum bookshop, is packed with new titles to tempt you.
Later in the month, Robert Ll. Davies will be giving a talk on Researching Local History. Not to be missed! Tickets cost £5 and the talk starts at 7.30 pm.
