As winners of the Wales Local Food and Drink category in this year’s Countryside Alliance Awards, Fiona and Andy Mounsey from Velfrey Vineyard were delighted to represent Wales at the Champions reception in the House of Lords this week.

“There are so many wonderful small food and drink producers across Wales who go above and beyond to produce quality food and drink, so for Velfrey Vineyard to be voted Champion for Wales is such an honour,” they said.

“This award is a tremendous recognition for the work that we do and the wines we produce. The Champions reception at the House of Lords was truly special and we felt it was a real privilege to be representing Pembrokeshire and Wales.”
