Pembrokeshire’s Barti Rum will be unveiling an exciting new product at the upcoming Blas Cymru / Taste Wales 2025 – Meet the Buyer event, featuring 150 Welsh food and drink suppliers.
The Welsh Government’s flagship food and drink trade show, taking place at the ICC Wales, Celtic Manor Resort on October 22-23, will bring together food professionals from across the globe to explore the latest developments in Wales’s thriving food and drink sector, and to engage in brisk trade.
Over 200 new product ranges will one of the main attractions at the event, with 150 Welsh food and drink suppliers taking part and an opportunity for 300 invited buyers to meet a nation of food and drink innovators.

Among the exciting new product ranges are products that reflect the sector’s bold and imaginative approach - innovations driven by Welsh Government initiatives such as The HELIX Programme, Cluster Network and Cywain Programme. They include honeyades, sparkling teas, hat-shaped breads, hot honey goats’ cheese, carbon neutral baby potatoes, and much more. Halen Môn, renowned for its award-winning sea salt, will unveil two new products.

These new ranges will be part of a wider showcase of over 3,000 Welsh products, which are expected to generate millions of pounds in trade opportunities and sales, reflecting the sector’s solid reputation for quality and creativity.
