HAINS & Lewis Solicitors has appointed Kareena Davies as Director and Head of Commercial, strengthening the commitment to supporting businesses across West Wales.

Kareena joins the leadership team at an exciting time as Hains & Lewis continues to expand its services to meet the needs of local businesses, landowners and developers. Working across the firm’s offices in Haverfordwest, Carmarthen, Cardigan and Narberth, she will lead the growth and development of the Commercial Department and work closely with businesses throughout the region.

With extensive experience in commercial law, Kareena has advised businesses on a wide range of matters, including commercial property transactions, leases, business sales and purchases, and partnership and corporate structures.
