Following on from the fund raising efforts of Team Bloodwise during the Long Course Weekend, Chris Brace and Simon Rossiter are pictured being presented with sponsorship money raised by Leroy, Janina and Anna who ran the Long Course Weekend half marathon.

They donated the money raised to the Bloodwise JustGiving page set-up by Chris which took the total up and over the £7,000 barrier. Chris set-up the page after his best friend, popular sportsman Simon Rossiter was diagnosed in May this year with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Chris and Simon can’t thank the three of them enough for their efforts and also enough and also everyone else who has sponsored or donated to the Bloodwise JustGiving page.

Chris and a team of 18 took part in the Long Course Weekend too, while Chris will be completing his final challenge in his fundraising efforts for the Bloodwise charity with Ironman Wales on September 18.

Tenby Playgroup also raised a fantastic amount of money for the Bloodwise charity during their summer sports day.
