Sir,

May I through your ’paper state that in my humble opinion the three parking spaces outside the market in the High Street are badly placed and cause a lot of unnecessary congestion by impeding the traffic flow at his narrow point.

Invariably, if there is a traffic problem, it is at this point and also the traffic backing up accordingly. Yes we need parking, a lot of it, but the location of these three parking spaces do require a little more thought.

On a different note, I do think that the developers of the microbrewery in Sergeant’s Lane deserve recognition for a excellent development which has greatly enhanced the lane.

The stone, wood and other materials used, some found on the site and the way they are utilised are well worth a look.

One can only hope that the lane will be further enhanced with other tasteful developments in the near future.

Christopher Jones,

Tenby
