RNLI Angle's all-weather lifeboat was launched last Thursday to go to the aid of an eight-metre charter vessel, which had fouled her propeller off the Pembrokeshire coast.
The vessel, with seven persons on board, was about half-a-mile north-west of Gateholm Island, near Marloes, and had managed to hold her position using her anchor.
The Tamar class lifeboat, Mark Mason, was launched at 12.47 pm and reached the scene in 31 minutes. The lifeboat secured a line to the crippled vessel, which was towed back to her mooring off Pembroke Dock.
The lifeboat then transferred the seven persons rescued to nearby Hobbs Point, before returning to her station at 3.45pm.
