A 63-year-old woman sustained a fractured ankle while walking on the coast path between Manorbier and Swanlake Bay last Thursday.
The air ambulance Helimed 57A airlifted her to Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest, after she had been recovered from the path by Tenby and Manorbier coastguards and Welsh Ambulance paramedics.
The lady was holidaying with her sister at Freshwater East, where they were heading back to when she slipped at approximately 4.40 pm.
