How I agree with the letter of Mrs. Waker, of Pembroke Dock (Observer, August 7). I think it’s an absolute disgrace the hospital coverage in South Pembrokeshire Does the authority realise that in the summer months we have thousands of holidaymakers in this area, especially in and around Tenby, where all sorts of accidents or injury could happen.

Where do they go? Certainly NOT South Pembs or Tenby A and E, but Carmarthen. Time does cost when you have a fair distance to travel. It could mean life or death.

Do something about it sooner rather than later.. Life is precious Thank goodness we still have our three emergency services to help out and do a superb job.
