While on routine patrol at approximately 2 am on April 19, police challenged a man they found hiding from them in Saundersfoot’s Regency car park.
Andrew Lee Gibbs, age 40, of Stammers Road, Saundersfoot, was arrested and subsequently charged with the attempted theft of a vehicle.
He appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Courts later that morning and was bailed to return to court on Tuesday, May 8.
