A Good Friday turned into a bad one for a couple who were the victims of an assault at a bar in Saundersfoot.

The incident occurred at around 8 pm on Friday, March 30, at the front terraced area of the Harbwr Bar and Kitchen, on the village’s High Street, when two males and a female assaulted a male and female by pouring a drink over the female, punching her and pulling her hair.

The male victim was grabbed and thrown to the floor.

The female victim was left with swelling and bruising to her left cheek, a cut lip and clump of hair pulled out, while the male was also left with swelling and bruising to the left of his forehead and a cut lip.
