Police were called to an incident at Tenby’s Castle Beach on Tuesday night.

Reports of a Volvo car being stuck in the sand on the beach, led to police officers investigating the matter.

“Dyfed-Powys Police was called to Castle Beach, Tenby, at around 9.10 pm on Tuesday, following reports of a domestic incident,” said a police spokesperson.

“A 26-year-old man from the West Midlands area was arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in police custody,” the added.
