A Cardiff woman has admitted biting off part of a security guard’s ear at the Kiln Park holiday complex in Tenby.
Valerie Rose Frayne, aged 54, had been due to go on trial at Swansea Crown Court accused of unlawful wounding.
But just minutes before the trial could begin she changed her plea to guilty.
She admitted wounding Martin Peter Duffy on October 31 last year.
Frayne, of The Hawthorns, Glyncoed, Cardiff, will be sentenced alongside another defendant on November 18.
Judge Chris Vosper warned her the offending was serious and could lead to a prison sentence.
Meanwhile, he ordered a probation officer to prepare a report into her background.
Frayne was granted bail until the sentencing hearing
