Tenby and Saundersfoot First Responders were called to Tenby Skate Park on Sunday evening to attend to a teenager that had reportedly injured his ankle when he landed awkwardly while on his skateboard.

First Responders were joined by two police officers at the Jubilee park who assisted in making the patient, who had a badly broken ankle, comfortable.

On the arrival of the ambulance, and with no air ambulance available, the casualty was immobilised, placed on a stretcher and then put onto a land ambulance for his journey to hospital.
